Time to make this again........

BR’s Basic Stuff for Jambalaya (Some people like it)

Big Cooker Then start to work

8 Peppers Diced (I use 2ea of Red, Green, Yellow, Orange)
4 Red Onions Diced
2 things of Celery Diced
2 Big Spoons of Diced Garlic
Sweat all of this together in Butter
6 Large Cans chicken stock & Cajun Seasoning
4-5 cans Rotel
12 Chicken Thighs Smoked or grilled
12 Andouille Sausages Grilled
4 pounds or more of Large Shrimp
2 pounds Crawfish Tailmeat
5 or 6 Boxes Jambalaya Rice Mix
Some good French Bread to sop up Juice
Mix all together and let simmer for hours, sorry not more informative. That is how I cook, I just add stuff till I know it’s right. Trust me I can make great Jambalaya…
