Best marinade around.

1 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup veggie oil
1 tsp garlic POWDER not salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar.
Mix it all together and marinate meat for about 4 hours but no longer than 8 hours. Great on chicken but even better on steaks.

brown sugar
salt
garlic powder
white pepper
black pepper
scallions
thyme
habeneros/scotch bonnets
nutmeg
cinnamon
allspice
soy sauce
orange juice
olive oil
pickapeppa sauce

Not sure of the measurements, because I've made it so long I go by taste. Caribbean jerk marinade. It's great on chicken, pork, and ribeyes.

Or you can use Kraft Light Zesty Italian dressing. Whatever tickles ur labia.

I like to use Lowery's marinade for chicken. I let the chicken soak in it for about an hour before I cook it.

I use the herb garlic, with cavenders, cajun, and Tony C's on most the chicken I grill. Let it sit a hour or two before tossing it on. Cook slow on top rack, pour what left of the marinade on, move over the fire on bottom rack for 5-6 minutes, eat.

Every aspect of life in America today is worse than it was when President Obama took over. Unemployment higher. Interest rates. The only thing that has gone down in America over the last two years is the value of your home. This president has mismanaged this economy. He has been incompetent in his management of this economy, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)

Jamaican jerk for chicken or fish, otherwise, no marinade. Always glad to experiment, though. Sometimes I soak the chicken in my homemade SE Ark. bbq. sauce overnight, but then you have to be on your toes or you'll blacken the sauce before the meat gets done.
